This session transforms your program into your Health Blueprint. Over 60 focused minutes, we’ll refine your customized plan and create an actionable roadmap you can begin using immediately. You’ll walk away with a clear nutrition and exercise plan, plus real-life strategies to confidently navigate food at home, at work, and while traveling.
You’ll also learn how to leverage the built-in tools and resources that support your coaching experience, helping you stay consistent, educated, and empowered throughout your 100-day journey—and beyond.
After your program presentation, the real progress begins. Each weekly coaching session is intentionally designed to keep you focused, supported, and moving forward throughout the 28 days by accomplishing three key objectives:
First, we review the past week’s progress, celebrate health wins, and identify any challenges.
Second, we create practical solutions for obstacles and introduce new strategies to maintain momentum toward your goals.
Third, we set clear action steps and goals for the upcoming week.
This structured weekly coaching approach allows each week to build on the last, helping you establish consistent habits, increase health awareness, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

At the end of the 28 days, participants will have the opportunity to upgrade into the PFC3 100-Day Program, allowing you to deepen your progress, refine your habits, and continue building sustainable health strategies with ongoing coaching and support.
